This collection consists of words that remind me of who I am. Words that remind me of who I believe God to be. And Words that remind me of what I believe to be the impact of a baby born to someday die to save the souls of man. This collection has a little something for everyone, whether you have a faith or not.

If you're a family with small children, this list is a great way to introduce your children to PUMPKIN PIE! Oh, and it’s a great way to introduce them to considering what they are grateful for. It's also a great way to talk with them about how sometimes life is hard and we struggle to know how to be grateful. Maybe sometime down the road, when they are at a Thanksgiving meal with strangers, they will be advocates for sharing gratitude and for sharing vulnerably when life isn’t peachy and sweet. Vulnerability tends to reflect vulnerability, and maybe that’s not such a bad thing for a group of strangers to share around a good meal.

We’ve had a lot of people ask us what our new normals are now that we live in New York City. Our friends outside the city are asking— Is it really as colorful and fun as your Instagram makes it look? How are you adjusting to the faster pace? Do you take taxi’s everywhere you go? 

To share about a space here in this new Coffee Spaces Series, we believe it truly has to feel life-giving and have somewhat of a unique vibe. To share about a space we believe they have to serve well-made coffee. To share a space, we have to have had a great experience. To share a space, I have to have been able to take a cute picture of my outfit. To share a space, we have to agree we would go back when visiting again. These are the qualifications. 

What I’m wearing lately: It’s sweatah weathah! You can also find me in these Comfy, cozy, and sturdy boots from Target. I’ve never worn olive shoes before, but they go with almost all of my outfits— I think that’s the benefit of mainly owning a neutral wardrobe. Right style experts?

• What I’m dancing to while I wash the dishes: Both of Selena Gomez’ new songs. I didn’t know I could love the Mm-mm-mm’s so much.

I’m in the wedding industry, I’m seven years into my marriage, and I’m five years into owning and growing The Vow Collective. I’m obsessed with weddings, relationships, and small businesses.

Similar to my Pop-Culture and Window Shopping Series, I’ll Have What She’s Having, I want to share with you information or resources you and I both might find valuable to our lives— specifically in the realm of relationships, weddings, and business resources.

At Donut Plant, in New York City, we highly recommend the coconut cream, Manhattan Cream, and the Creme Brûlée. Or whatever they have that’s seasonal. I think we will have to go back to try a Fall flavor before they transition to winter flavors.

The northern part of Central Park— that’s the part I really have fallen in love with. There are nature trails, bridges, waterfalls, tunnels, Hills, and quiet benches.

Any part that feels least explored or adored is typically my favorite part of anything. That’s the north part.

When we heard JK Rowling had written a play about a grown up Harry Potter I wasn’t sure I wanted to read it. I think mainly because when Harry and I last parted, I was incredibly sad it was all over, I wasn’t sure I wanted to see where he ended up. And for the first time since Harry Potter was written, I wouldn’t be his age— I wouldn’t be relating to him the same way I was used to.

Putting together a couples costume is one of my absolute favorite things. I grew up performing Theatre and loving fashion, so costumes have a special place in my heart.. I remember the day our theatre director needed us to try on costumes at our city’s costume shop— the moment I walked in, I was in love. Bright Pieces of material intricately sewn together to create creatures, villains, and heroes from different time periods and realms.

Every time I’ve been to Magnolia Restaurant, Market, and Bakery this year, it’s been an easy quick trip, minimal to no lines, and super fun. Most people I talk to, have had a very different and tiring experience at Magnolia, so I thought I’d share with you what has worked for me to have a quick and fun trip. I’ve even highlighted my favorite less visited section of the Silos (hint: it’s not the market, the bakery, or the food trucks). 

Today I’m sharing our creatively-meticulous-step-by-step process to confidently purchasing a whole apartment's worth of furniture that aesthetically fits together. Furniture is a big investment and “hoping” it all fits together isn’t as assuring as knowing it all fits together. I heard (a non-verified fact) this week, you can easily get more emotional on planes because of the altitude. Even without the altitude this past month, I’ve found myself with eyes brimming unexpectedly every few days. This post, I’ve got tears in my eyes and a smile on my face.
