Vow Collective New Products + 2020 Projects

The brides bouquet illustrated the perfect gift for a bridesmaid or maid of honor to give the bride!

It has been a busy year for me! I wasn’t sure if my shop would be impacted by the pandemic, but it turns out, couples are just as celebratory as ever, if not more.

This year, I’ve had several clients purchase vow gifts for friends they are unable to celebrate with in person due to the pandemic. And that reminds me how special my job is. Creating gifts for people who miss intentional togetherness.

I wanted to share with you some new frames I’m adding to my shop as well as some projects I’ve worked on this year! Scroll down to see what’s new!

Minimalist Bouquets

Wedding Bouquet Illustrated Minimalist Keepsake for Bride

I’ve had my eye on this frame for a long time. If it’s something I would LOVE in my home, I thought it would be something you would love in yours. What I love about any frame I offer, is the ability to fill it with whatever is special to you— your vows, wedding bouquet, first dance lyrics— whatever is pretty— let’s frame it.

I recently illustrated a bride’s bouquet, and loved how it turned out, so I printed it out on 5x7 handmade paper and framed it in this gold floating frame. Shop for it here.

Shorter Traditional Vows in Matte Brass Floating Frame

For shorter vows or just one set of vows, this frame also works. I love this mockup I made for a client, with simple greenery on top and bottom. One set of vows on the left and the other on the right. This works well for shorter traditional vows! You can order your traditional vows here.

Wedding Prayers in New 8x8 Frame

Recently I had a bride ask for me to letter the prayer from their wedding ceremony. Isn’t it simple and pretty? I love the type font followed by my signature calligraphy.

I’ve also added square hanging frames to my shop and absolutely love them. These gold hanging frames are frames I actually use in my home and I love how simple and timeless they are.

You can order your wedding prayer here.

Recent Projects

There have been so many recent projects, I had to consider my favorites:

  • I never get tired of his vows on the left and hers on the right. Recently I’ve been selling this folding frame with pictures of the wedding couple on the other side, so when the frame is folded up like a book, there’s still something to look at on the other side. I’ve started spacing out the words and lines a bit more so the words are less crowded, and I’m really loving the spacing.

  • I’ve also added Home Illustrations/Change of Address illustrations to my shop! Get your new home illustrated! Remember how exciting it was to change your address and buy a new home!

  • I also collaborated with Wedding Words to create a new item in my shop, Love Stories. Whether you’re married or not, I love the idea of writing out your love story and getting it framed. Katelyn, from Wedding Words is a beautiful vow writer, and she used the Love Story she wrote about her own love story at her wedding as wedding decor! And now she has it hanging in her own home! Isn’t that so fun and sweet? And SUCH a good idea! It was so special to write out some calligraphy for her.

  • 2020 brought my first LGBTQ couples! Brent and Corbin’s story was really sweet to read through and letter. I love serving all of my couples. I’m not sure my work always reflects that I serve all couples, and that’s something I’m wanting to be better at in the future. :)
